At any given moment, our environment is filled with thousands of variables that modify our behaviour, whether we want them to or not.
It’s part of how we learn – as children, we absorb the information that our environment provides and that is what forms our worldview. But when we’re adults, it’s our individual responsibility to make our own decisions and stop being a product of our environment. It’s our mandate to break the cycle that an environment enforces if it’s stopping us from becoming who we want to be.
